World War II Spent 90MM M19 Artillery Shell - Bidsquare INERT- no flammable or explosive components. I once did a display with about a dozen different rubber duck items which the public enjoyed. We have had several of the smaller 10.5cm and 15 cm morser cases, but this is the first 21 cm case. This is an excellent brass case (except for some dents along the back side) with good markings as shown in the photos. studs spaced around the body of the projectile and a lead obtrurating band at the rear with six corresponding raised studs. This is a brown Bakelite type material used in the 5/38 cartridge cases, shaped in sort of a bowl configuration.
