CZ Model 527 Varmint… So here is my question: what is the accuracy difference between the 527 American with laminate stock vs. the 527 Varmint with laminate stock at about 150 yards? Place I bought it from has a lifetime warranty on guns, which is why I go there. It puts 3 shots inside a quarter at 100 (sometimes 200) yards. The gun is more expensive but you get wood, open sights, and a CZ action for that money. CZ American series rifles are made specifically to appeal to American shooters. The magazine is much nicer than the Ruger American's (from what I've read) and overall quality is much better than Ruger. I see the difference between the varmit and American in the rifle twist and most accurate bullet weights each will shoot best. CZ 527 is my choice for anything .223 or smaller.
